Your choice of two of the following entrees: Steak Fajitas, Chicken Fajitas, Carnitas (pork) or Enchiladas. Sides include rice, beans, corn and flour tortillas, chips and salsa. La Fiesta Buffet Style. Chicken, beef or cheese enchiladas. Your choice of tomatillo (green) sauce, ranchera (creamy) sauce or regular enchilada sauce. Sides include rice, beans, chips and salsa. Taco Party Buffet Style. Your choice of two of the following: Carne Asada (steak), Carnitas (pork), Shredded Chicken, Shredded Beef, or Pastor.
